ABOUT RESERVE WINE & FOOD
Reserve Wine & Food (Reserve) opened in September of 2010. The centerpiece of Reserve is the 102 bottle cruvinet which houses bottles of wine and uses nitrogen to preserve wines for up to six-week shelf life.
Our goal at Reserve is to deliver a unique wine and food experience to our guests. We offer a menu that is sourced locally.
We strive to find the best available while highlighting the seasonality of our product. At Reserve, finding the perfect glass of wine to pair with our exemplary menu is the total experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Reserve is looking for a Server Assistant to work alongside servers and perform tasks such as clearing tables, running food, refilling glasses, marking tables for a coursed menu, and generally assisting with all aspects of the guest experience.
This position has the potential to grow into the front of house server.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
- Ensuring food is delivered quickly and accurately.
- Setup and maintenance of server stations.
- Polishing all table utensils and glassware.
- Relaying customer questions / concerns to appropriate staff.
- Anticipating guests' needs.
- Occasionally performing duties of server, as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience within a premier restaurant establishment
- Knowledge of, experience with, and passion for wine, preferred
- Excellent communication and service skills
- Hardworking, passionate, and can easily take direction
- Willingness and drive to learn and grow
- Able to work a flexible schedule
