Construction Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the entire construction process from start to finish, with a focus on commercial projects.
Knowledge of K-12 and school construction is a plus.
Position Overview
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process of commercial projects.
You will ensure that all the steps of the process are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and communicating the progress of the construction to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire construction process from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate the progress of the construction to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Experience with Projects over $50M
- Knowledge of K-12 and school construction is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
