The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project and bid strategies by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data.
You will contribute to the successful acquisition of new projects and contracts, driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend bid meetings to develop and execute bid strategies
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost analyses and estimates for various types of projects (commercial, industrial, etc.)
- Review and analyze project proposals to formulate budgets and timelines
- Gather, update, and maintain historical cost data for future reference
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and project feasibility
Background Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in estimating for construction projects or related engineering roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
