Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of the account's foundation, supporting the team by developing and maintaining project documents and processes.
- Prepare for meetings and touchpoints, organizing all necessary materials, documentation, and details.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of project status to clients and agency team members.
- Understand the functions of various departments, connecting the dots while considering creative timelines and deliverables.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the client's business, understanding each assignment's role in the brand scope and why an idea is suitable.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of agency processes and time required to complete each stage while foreseeing implications of changes to budget and timelines.
- Foster strong relationships across departments to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Build client confidence by creatively managing projects to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Requirements :
- Demonstrable experience in Advertising or similar position.
- Proven experience in effective project management.
- Has a sense of urgency and is able to pivot to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Solution-oriented, assertive and resilient.
- Readiness for personal responsibility.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively at all levels.
- BILINGUAL proficiency in Spanish and English.
