Job Summary : We're seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager with experience in the Construction Industry to spearhead transformative business and technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will also have Commercial Roofing experience and be a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment, bringing a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.
This role offers significant autonomy to shape and implement project management frameworks while working with cutting-edge technologies and business processes.

Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution : Design and execute comprehensive project strategies that align with business objectives.
Drive complex initiatives from conception to successful implementation, ensuring measurable business value.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strategic partnerships across all organizational levels. Lead executive-level communications and facilitate decision-making to ensure project success and organizational buy-in.
- Risk & Opportunity Management : Implement sophisticated risk management frameworks while identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Develop proactive strategies to navigate complex project landscapes.
- Team Leadership : Foster a high-performance project culture through mentorship and leadership. Enable cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results while maintaining engagement and accountability.
- Performance Analytics : Leverage data-driven insights to track project health and success metrics. Translate complex project data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
- Process Improvement : Pioneer process improvements and best practices that enhance project delivery efficiency. Lead the adoption of cutting-edge project management methodologies.
- Budget Management : Optimize resource allocation and maintain budget discipline while maximizing project ROI. Develop strategic financial planning for complex initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. MBA or relevant master's degree highly valued.
- Construction Industry experience required; Commercial Roofing Industry desired.
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience, with demonstrated success in business transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously to successful completion.
- Advanced expertise in modern project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and contemporary tools.
- Outstanding executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with proven ability to solve complex business challenges.
