Position Overview :
- Routes : PrimarilyI35 andeast.
- Freight : Reefer Freight that is 65% drop and hook all notouch.
- Home Time : Out for 14 days home for 2 full days (option to stay out longer)for drivers that live east of I35. Those that live west of I35 areout 3 weeks and home 3 days
Compensation :
- Pay : $0.62 permile ($0.10 per diemincluded).
- Earnings : Average drivers gross $1550 per week; top 50% gross $1740 perweek.
- Orientation : Companypaid travel hotel and meals. Drivers earn $125 per dayduring orientation.
Equipment :
Trucks : PeterbiltUltralofts equipped with APUs inverters andrefrigerators.
Benefits :
- Start : Fullbenefits begin on the first of the month after 60days.
- Includes : Medical dental 401K paid time off andmore.
- Riders andPets : Riders and dogs that are 60LBS and less areallowed from day one
Requirements :
- Age : Must be atleast 23 yearsold.
- Experience :
- Minimum2 years of OTR / Regional experience within the last 3years.
- DrivingRecord :
- No preventable incidentsor accidents in the last 12 months.
- No morethan 3 incidents or accidents in the last 3years.
- No DOT preventable accidents in the last3 years (major accidents like rollovers dropped trailers runningoff the road or jackknifes must be over 7 yearsold).
- No more than 2 moving violations in thelast 12 months and no more than 4 in the last 3 years. No majormoving violations in the last 3 years.
- Noterminations for safety reasons in the last 3years.
- No DUI in the last 5 years (none ever ina CMV).
- No failed or refused drug tests in thelast 5 years (urine testonly).
