- Creating and sharing engaging content, including text,images, and videos that promote Student Engagement events and activities
- Capturing images / videos of participants and activitiesduring events and programming
- Coordinating with Student Engagement team on thedevelopment and collection of content for newsletters and reports
- Working with the marketing manager to upload content tosocial media and website
- Developing new and fun activities to promote the studentlounge and study rooms
- Assisting students with study room rentals and monitoringcheck in / check out times
- Assisting students with locker rentals
- Assisting in student lounge with sign-in, board game, videogame, and arcade game rentals, and assisting students with general questions
- Daily housekeeping of student lounge and study rooms
- Assisting with stocking and organizing supply rooms andstorage areas
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, and general assistancein Student Engagement office
- Participating in team huddles and trainings
- Assisting Student Engagement team with daily projects asrequested
- Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
- Adhere to College's confidentiality policy;
- Successfully pass background / drug screening;
- Answer phone and take messages;
- Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing;
- Open and sort mail;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Willingness to learn new technology;
- Assist with special projects;
- Other duties as assigned.
