Administrative / Bookkeeping Specialist
Salary : $20.00 $23.00 per hour

Qualifications and Requirements :
We are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual for the role of Administrative / Bookkeeping Specialist.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :
- Understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in bookkeeping software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and organized approach to multitasking.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and a clear, friendly phone voice.
- Two to three years of administrative and bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.
Responsibilities & Duties :
As the Administrative / Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include :
- Ordering supplies and equipment; maintaining service contracts on office equipment.
- Attending meetings and recording comprehensive meeting notes.
- Handling administrative tasks, including HR, payroll, and check processing.
- Liaising with internal and external units to facilitate job tasks.
- Creating and managing invoices, including collecting payment information from clients.
- Managing accounts payable tasks.
- Monthly transaction recording in QuickBooks Online, including generating P&Ls.
- Communicating with clients regarding billing questions.
- Auditing different team's P&L sheets.
Experience Required :
We are looking for an individual with expertise in the following :
- QuickBooks
- Excel / Google Spreadsheet
