SUMMARY :
Resolve lien clearance issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Review new files to determine if lien clearance is needed by following specs or contacting
customers.
Order and update payoff demands.
Notify customers of lien clearance issues.
Resolve title issues with customers and borrowers.
Determine if customer has satisfied title requirement.
Monitor logs to follow up on outstanding lien clearance issues.
Contact counties, lenders, borrowers and examiners to verify information show of record.
Coordinate with outside offices to clear liens.
Work with Risk Management department to clear items from title.
Elevate problems files to supervisor.
Process loan amount or proposed insured changes as needed.
Order updates from examiners as needed.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
