About the Job
Performs diagnostic testing and patient education in support of the Medical Center. The technician also maintains the appointment schedules in a manner that delivers a professional, welcoming patient experience.
- Perform all diagnostic testing (OCT, Visual Field, Pachymetry, Retinal Camera)
- Greets and acknowledges each patient and responds to all questions with professionalism
- Correspondence with Doctor offices in regard to patient and insurance referrals
- Daily Administrative tasks to include, opening / closing, scheduling, appointment confirmation, charting and filing
