We are a premier tool manufacturer dedicated to quality, consistency, service and value.We are seeking a new Machine Operator to join our team.
Your role will be to Operate grinding machinery used in the manufacturing of precision cutting tools, load, unload, sort, count, check quality and make minor adjustments to keep machinery running within strict tolerances.
You will work alongside our Machine Operators and Set Ups and report to our Shift Facilitator.
What You Will Do :
Full time (40 hours / week), timely and consistent attendance
Obtain stock to be run on machines by following schedules
Load and unload drills from machines
Make minor adjustments to controls to assure quality is maintained
Use measuring Accurate completion of paperwork for maintaining proper documentation of operations such as :
micrometer
ruler
scopes to assure quality standards are maintained

Willing to participate in various continual improvement efforts
Communicat the machine and quality status to Setups and Leads
Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment
All other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring :

High School or GED
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
