KPMG is currently seeking a BTS Senior Manager Information Reporting and Withholding NYFS to join our Business Tax Services practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide on-site guidance to withholding agents regarding compliance with information reporting requirements
  • Give support to clients in relation to the technical and practical application of IRS regulations
  • Review work carried out by KPMG member firms globally during the performance of QI audits, FATCA and CRS engagements
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
  • Recognize, research, and recommend resolutions to tax issues from moderate to complex
  • Develop and support risk assessments and implement appropriate tax procedures

Qualifications :

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience working at a Big 4, law firm, or in a withholding agent environment focused on information reporting and withholding responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university
  • Licensed CPA, EA, JD / LLM, MTX, MBA, PMP or CBAP, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations / credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations / credentials;

  • Experience dealing with senior level professionals
  • Experience dealing with the IRS
