Description
The Finance Analyst role is a non-management role providing finance and accounting support to Andover and Boston plant operations related to general ledger and cost center accounts and understanding the accounting flow on other work processes.
Work will include monthly preparation of expense actuals vs. forecast reconciliations, Completing journal entries, accruals and other accounting transactions.
Will assist Plant Finance Managers on cost reviews, annual budget, and some forecast processes.
Job Qualifications
Education : Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business with Accounting course work.
Skills / Experience :
- Strong demonstrated verbal and written collaboration skills
- Strong demonstrated self-direction and self-motivation
- Forward focused, able to work and perform in team environment and handle scheduled tasks with minimal direct supervision
- Consistent record in leading root cause analysis and resolving issues.
- Solid understanding of computer software and systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate Excel skills and SAP experience preferred
Starting Pay / Salary Range : $81,600 - $102,000
