Schedule
Monday - Friday (some Saturdays may be required)
Responsibilities :
- Lead Installation Projects : Take charge of HVAC installation projects, including system replacements and new installations.
- Technical Expertise : Apply your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to ensure installations are carried out correctly and efficiently.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all installations meet industry and company standards.
- Customer Interaction : Communicate with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and providing exceptional customer service.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all installation activities are performed safely, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Documentation : Complete accurate and detailed documentation of installation processes and materials used.
Job requirements
- EPA Refrigerant Certification (minimum)
- 2-4+ Years of Residential HVAC Installation Experience
- Active Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
- Must be able to consistently lift and carry 25-50lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
