Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer multi-line telephone, screen and transfer calls, take and relay messages
• Provide pricing information, total purchases, and collect payment
• Check MOGF Rentals in / out daily
• Maintain office documents properly and filing
• Maintain daily operations by following policies and procedures and reporting any situations or conditions that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers
• Keep work and customer areas clean
• Ensure that customers are happy and comfortable
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
• Cashier / Cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and professional, well-groomed appearance
