PRIMARY FUNCTION
Under the guidance of the warehouse Supervisor, the warehouse Associate is responsible for processes including, Picking / packing, put away, receiving, and other roles within the warehouse facility.
The Operator will work closely with the warehouse lead and supervisor, to ensure that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Must have attention to detail, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting safety and compliance meetings.
- Understand and effectively use materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely daily.
- Immediately notify the supervisor if any equipment is malfunctioning.
- Perform all required preventative maintenance for machine operation and document per "Good Documentation Practices Procedure" on the proper logs.
- Maintain a clean work area. / 5s / GMPs
- Perform proficiently at a quality standard set by the company's mission and commitment.
- Keep accurate records of production data and any maintenance or repair work performed on equipment.
- Other duties as assigned / directed.
- Have flexible work schedule. (Availability to work different shifts and or OT is ideal)
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED and / or have relevant work experience and be able to take all appropriate training classes required in lieu of a degree.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in warehouse setting
EXPERIENCE
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Detail oriented and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of serial / product identification
- Knowledge of bill of materials and other general documents
- Knowledge of IPC-610 all classifications
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong verbal / written communication
- Computer literacy

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
- Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job.
- Work in an ESD environment wearing ESD equipment / PPEs
- Incumbent must be able to operate a computer.
- Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head.
- This position require extended periods of standing, and walking.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Lift minimum of forty (40) pounds.
- Willingness to cross-train into other departments.
OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Vision - visually inspect product to meet specifications and quality
- Sense of sound
- Sense of touch - able to stand for long hours as required on the production floor, able to lift at least 40 lbs. / Frequency daily
- ESD equipment -comply with company PPE policy, safety protocols and GMPs
