As a Manager Technology Program Management, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture.

On the Technology Program Management team reporting to the Senior Lead Project Manager, you will support programs requiring the coordination of multiple technology workstreams to enable Hilton's differentiating capabilities.

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

  • Work across Technology domains to capture workstream status and risks.
  • Manage identified risks and remove barriers to ensure program activities stay on track.
  • Prepare leadership status updates on overall progress across Technology.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

  • Partner with Product Program Managers to provide updates on Technology workstreams and represent Technology on recurring program calls.
  • Work with Technology workstream leads to create a single view of Technology's progress and ensure any risks or obstacles are identified and addressed.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

Complex, cross-functional initiatives that require coordination across multiple Technology workstreams, including MarTech, Inventory, Hilton for Business, and Partnerships.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Five (5) years of work experience in project or program management
  • Experience working in corporate enterprise environments
  • Travel up to 20%

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree / GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Seven (7)+ years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
  • Experience with common project management and delivery tools (MS Project, AirTable, SmartSheet, Jira, Confluence)
  • Hospitality experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and / or position within the Company.
