- Analyze and develop roadway designs, Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP), calculations, and drawings for Expressway / Limited-Access facilities and Arterial / Local roads, focusing on complex projects and ensuring compliance with DOT or local jurisdiction standards.
- Create 3D roadway models using Corridor Modeling in GEOPAK and / or Open Roads software.
- Lead complex transportation design projects, overseeing task assignments, progress tracking, and quality control (QC) of deliverables for technicians, designers, and engineers, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from concept through completion, adhering to agreed-upon budgets and schedules while coordinating with other disciplines.
- Conduct constructability reviews and perform independent peer reviews on project submissions.
