Job Summary : The Grooming Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all equipment operations for winter and summer. Specific but not limited to snow surfaces, grooming, summer off-season trail, and resort rock, dirt and vegetation maintenance. This includes operational, labor, all safety best practices, compliance, all departmental team hiring, training, growth, and leadership.

The expected pay range is $23.00 / hr - $26.53 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
