Entry Level- Field Service Technician I
Responsibilities
- Field support tech will test and inspect fire alarms.
- Document all findings, develop reports to customer.
- Issue service tickets.
- Will be standing / sitting long durations. Use ladder
- Will be required to complete a 12-hour training and certification course in addition to on-the-job training.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
WE VALUE
- Previous field service experience.
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Computer skills- MS Office, documentation experience.
- Previous technical / installation experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Good written and oral communication
