About The Position

Complete . in Physical Therapy, NYS License or eligible, and 2 years experience required. Must successfullypass pre-employment health clearance.

• Duties : Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures; fonnulatespecific goals for patient treabnent by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel andthe patients;
• prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designatedclinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information;
• participate in educational programsfor staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel;
