About The Position

experience at large facilities, level 1 experience required License : VA or compact state license required; 30-day work authorization accepted if licensure is ensured within the deadline Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Experience at large facilities, level 1 experience required- No new travelers- BSN preferred- EPIC charting experience preferred- Ability to float within scope if needed- Two references required- Compliance with natural nail policy Job Description : Serve as a Care Coordinator / Case Manager for the Care Coordination / Case Management unit- Work 10-hour day shifts, 4 days a week- Participate in a 16-hour orientation program- The position requires experience in large facilities and case management- Fingerprinting required for ER and Psych candidates, per Virginia's regulations- Review of background hits as part of the hiring process- Maintain standards in accordance with the natural nail policy- Expected to provide flexible shift availability upfrontPlease ensure all compliance and certification requirements are up to date before applying for this role.
