The Position
- An Interim Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is urgently required to lead strategic initiatives within a notable healthcare system.
- Reporting directly to the Chief DEIB Officer, this role encompasses managing a small yet impactful team, with the opportunity to oversee recruitment for newly opened positions.
- The Interim Director will champion significant projects such as Special Populations Work, manage the Diversity Action Council, and integrate DEIB strategies at all organizational levels.
- The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in healthcare DEIB, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have the ability to adapt and drive change effectively.
- Must be available to start within two to three weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Extensive experience in DEIB within healthcare settings is essential.
