Essential Functions : To provide assistance with incoming and outgoing mail and packages from the various service providers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, etc.
for residents and on-island entities. Concierge type environment with a heavy focus on customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to various on-island entities and personnel.
- Apply postage and give outgoing mail to an onsite USPS representative.
- Pick up and deliver inter-departmental correspondence.
- Deliver expedited mail (i.e., Fed Ex, UPS) to the addressee.
- Organize and store packages for pick up in the package storage area.
- Keep a daily log of mail deliveries.
- Comply with all established policies and procedures (i.e., appearance, attendance, conduct, etc.)
- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Education / Skills / Work Experience Required
- High school diploma required.
- Bilingual preferred
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Knowledge of computer, M.S. Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective communication and public relations skills required.

- May work long hours to complete tasks.
- Unexpected overtime may be needed at times.
