Job Title : IT Support Specialist City, State Location : Irving, TX IT Support Specialist
The Ethos Group IT Department designs, maintains, and supports custom web and PC?based applications for use by our internal operations and sales staff as well as our clients.
This position requires expertise in the coordination of technical and information systems within the organization to determine and implement the technical needs of our companys day?
to?day operations. You will educate and work with a support team to provide guidance for any problems and questions. The position may also include exposure to new programs and an opportunity to work on special projects with internal and external customers.

Education and Experience :
- High school Diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher is desired but not required.
- Familiarity with HTML and web?design
Some experience in the below is a plus, but is not required :
- MS Access, MS SQL
- ASP.NET, VB.NET
- Support / troubleshooting for custom applications
- Customer Service
