We are seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join a law firm specializing in labor and employment law in Chicago, IL.
This hybrid position involves representing individuals, businesses, labor unions, and benefit funds in various legal matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client success and excellent legal research and writing skills.
Duties :
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in arbitrations, negotiations, and litigation.
- Litigate cases in federal and state courts.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to keep them informed on case developments.
Requirements :
- Strong commitment to client success.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Prior experience in labor and employment law is preferred.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Active Illinois law license is preferred.
