What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead project management for multiple proposals simultaneously, including developing proposal schedules and plans, managing stakeholders, and gathering and writing content
- Enforce best practices for proposal development and provide direction to the pursuit team
- Facilitate project status meetings and interviews with subject matter experts
- Maintain and execute standardized proposal processes and best practices
- Contribute to the management and organization of proposal content
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing, writing, and coordinating government proposals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple assignments with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of proposal management best practices
