Proofreader Temporary Project Support

• Ensure everything that crosses your desktop and screen is 100% error-free
• Work with copywriters, designers, and brand teams to ensure that all communications and materials stay faithful to each brand’s voice
• Communicate with the project managers to make sure project deadlines are met
• Follow departmental copy style guides provided by the proofreading manager

Qualifications :

• 3 5+ years of proofreading experience in an advertising, marketing, or similar environment with B2B and / or B2C communications
• Thorough knowledge of AP style
• BA in English or writing, or 5+ years of commensurate work experience
• Excellent proofreading skills, unearthly attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
• Confidence using a Mac, tracking changes in Microsoft Word, and using built-in markup tools in Adobe Acrobat Pro and online portals such as ClickUp, Ziflow, and Figma
• Ability to grasp, track, and apply styles consistently across all channels of communication for multiple brands
• Ability to read Spanish and / or French is a plus but not necessary

Pay Rate : $35.00-38.00 / hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
