Our Resource Specialist Teachers enjoy professional autonomy, but they also benefit from the camaraderie of being considered part of the school community and the special education team.
Their main role is to proficiently deliver instructional services for Special Education students in small group or individual settings.
They will implement accommodations and modifications, and support general education teachers to accommodate and modify curriculum and assignments according to students IEP.
Compensation and Financial Perks :
- Hourly Rate : $42 - $56
- Weekly direct deposit

Requirements :
- CA Education Specialist Credential (Mild / Mod - R3MM, R3MN, R3BM, R3BE or Mod / Severe - R3MS)
- Autism Authorization (AAAS or R3MS)
- EL Authorization
- Willingness to travel to multiple school sites
- Flexibility to adjust to change that best supports students’ needs
