Senior Sales Manager - Industrial / Robotics LiDAR

Salary : $150-170k + 40% bonus

Location : Boston

Their advanced LiDAR solutions empower the automotive industry and other sectors to achieve safer and more reliable autonomous navigation.

About the Role :

They are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and goal-driven Senior Sales Manager to support their rapidly expanding customer base in North America.

This role is critical to their Industrial business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales with 30-40 prospects / accounts, supported by the Regional BD Director.
  • Build strong relationships from engineering to C-level personnel.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads from their website, tradeshows, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage customer information and revenue forecasts using their CRM.
  • Develop proactive sales strategies for existing customers.
  • Support tradeshows and industry conferences.
  • Communicate customer requirements to product and engineering teams.

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years in industrial account sales, 2+ years in LiDAR recommended.
  • Technical proficiency with LiDAR sensors and applications.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage customer projects.
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Organized, diligent, and excellent in communication.
  • Experience managing strategic high-level accounts.
