As the Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in directing and ensuring overall patient flow, providing leadership and support to the nursing staff, and fostering a culture of professional growth and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
- Charge or supervisory experience required
- Current ACLS certification, PALS required within 6 months of employment
- Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required
