What We're Looking For :

• Educational Background : A degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience : Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Engineering and a deep understanding of ISO-9000 and internal auditing.
• Process Improvement Expertise : Knowledge of CORE, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is highly valued.
• Strategic Mindset : Ability to assess and interpret industry standards and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS) to develop and refine procedures that exceed expectations.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to visualize and communicate process flows, making complex information accessible and actionable.
• Project Leadership : Proven track record in leading projects with minimal oversight, from setting objectives to executing solutions that drive operational success.
• Flexibility : Willingness to travel (25-50%) to various sites to support quality initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Spearheaded the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO-9001 quality management systems.
• Act as a technical resource for site Quality teams, Quality Inspectors, and senior leadership, providing guidance on quality assurance and improvement strategies.
• Lead and facilitate projects originating from our High-Performance Team Board process, driving excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to influence and enhance our quality culture through effective change management techniques.
• Design and implement solutions that meet organizational needs and contribute to long-term success.
