Platinum Global Talent Solutions is delighted to be supporting a leading highly accoladed Civil Engineering firm in Arizona, with their requirement for a Civil Engineer, Renewable Energy Project Manager.
This is a pivotal role within the team, where you will assist in managing a variety of exciting projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage renewable energy projects from inception through completion, including planning, preliminary engineering, design, and construction phases.
- Ensure projects adhere to budgetary constraints and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
- Conduct and oversee technical analyses, feasibility studies, and site assessments.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Represent the company at public engagements, demonstrating strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate project goals and impacts to diverse audiences.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications :
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of Civil Engineering experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with the ability to obtain licenses in numerous States
- Experience managing Renewable Energy Projects from planning and preliminary engineering through design and construction
- Must be an effective Presenter at Public Meetings and client engagements, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills
