As a Regional Driver at Quality Carriers, you’ll find the balance of time on the road and time spent at home. Our regional routes also provide stability and predictability around loads, giving you the opportunity to plan and succeed professionally and personally.
Run Details
- Average Miles 1,500-3,000 per Week
- Average Hours 45-55 per Week
- Home Time - Out 14 - 21 days
- No Northeast! Running the 11 Western States
Compensation & Bonuses
- Company drivers starting hourly rate : $32 / hour or $0.68 per mile. After year 1, $34 / hour or $0.73 per mile. (Premium pay offered for drivers wanting more than 40 hours per week) $95,000-$120,000 yearly
- Referral Bonus Program eligibility with initial earnings of $4500 and 2 years of monthly bonuses of 5% of the new driver's line haul revenue.
- Co. drivers : $3,000 sign-on Bonus
