Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone / email).
- Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone / email).
- Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution.
- Develop Troubleshooting documents.
- Learn product line from frame to final.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical / technical systems
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer / customer network
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
- Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
