What You Will Do :
- Develop new business for our IT staffing services through business development activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, expanding opportunities for IT consulting, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries to sell staffing services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with our Senior Recruiting staff to fill job openings and meet client requirements.
- Work closely with our Staffing team to set up meetings, prospect clients, and manage initial client interactions.
- Foster client relationships through networking, attending IT meet-ups, industry events, and technical gatherings.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry events to build brand awareness and generate new business leads
- Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase the company's staffing solutions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure staffing services align with overall company goals
What You Have Done :
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Passion for client relationship building and continuous learning.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident, and driven personality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the recruiting or staffing industry is a plus.
