Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient RN to join our busy outpatient team in the Cardiology clinic! The Cardiovascular Device Clinic Nurse (CCD RN) is expected to provide thorough, competent interrogations and reprogramming of implanted cardiac devices.

This may include Pacemakers, Implantable Loop Recorders, and Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators.

Remote monitoring of Cardiac Implantable devices is an important component of patient management. The CCD RN will help administer, monitor and arrange of appropriate documentation and follow up of patients followed remotely.

In addition to this, this RN would assist with the cardiology clinic phone triage . As a vital member of our healthcare team you will be responsible for assessing patient needs and coordinating the appropriate care.

Your knowledge, education and exceptional triage skills will help ensure timely and efficient patient management.

Cardiology specific experience is preferred for this onsite, 40 hour per week position.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience.
  • Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience.

Required Licensure / Certifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire and as applicable, higher level per unit certification requirements as stated on the grid attached to the AHA and Life Support Policy - ACLS Certificate required upon hire in Endoscopy, Tele-ICU, Day Surgery Center at CGP (Manchester), Life Safety and Cardiology-Echocardiography
