We are currently looking for an Outside Technical Sales / Project Manager in a Staffing Services company in San Jose. This position is a Direct Hire with Onsite work set-up.
We are seeking an Outside Sales Project Manager with demonstrated success in business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment.
The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the following : *Develop and grow our client base.*Use proven business development skills and / or technical background to develop and grow the client base by marketing our services for contract and / or full-time staffing solutions.
- Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of promoting our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
- Recruit, interview and place highly skilled Engineering Professionals.*Solidify our company's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
- Contact supervisors to determine candidates' suitability to support and resolve specific client needs.*Strategize with a team to accomplish business growth goals.
Requirements : *4 year college degree.*Proven Outside Sales track record.*Minimum 2 years business to business professional selling experience.
