Care for patients in person and via telephone consultationPerform and assist with injections, blood draws, starting IVs, EKGs, PFTs, I&Ds, and other proceduresDisplay personal drive for accuracy and initiate clinical activities in order to ensure patient quality careMaintain drug screen certifications and collect screens for lab processingMaintain all licensure and certifications to work in the clinic as a NurseReporting structure :

Working hours / schedule requirementsClinic hours : 8-8M-F, 10a-5p Sat, 1p-5p SunFT : Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, up to 40 or above, depending on clinic needsPT : Work up to 30 hours per week, occasionally more, depending on clinic needsExpect to work some evenings every week (up to three 12-hour shifts) and approximately two (2) full weekends per monthAttendance will be required at staff meetings on a monthly basis outside of regular working hours (generally, early morning)Travel : Travel may occasionally be required to attend trainings, meetings, or to cover for teammates at other locations in Central Arkansas (generally, at other PrimeCare clinic locations)Physical requirements & General working conditionsModerate to high risk of occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materialsEmployees may occasionally be required to team-lift a patientHigh traffic work area, high level of patient and employee interactionModerate noise level from electronic / machine, telephone, and vocal noiseEmployee will be required to speak to and listen to othersEmployees will be required to process, remember, and comply with changes in processes and protocols with or without advance warningMajority of time may be spent standing and walking, using hands and fingers to perform job tasks; some reaching is required; many job functions require repetitive motionVision abilities required to perform this job include close vision and peripheral visionReasonable accommodations may be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the essential job functionsFLSA Status : Hourly Non-Exempt
