- Annual Compensation : $82,000 - $87,000, plus bonus potential.
Position Summary : The Senior Community Outreach Liaison builds and maintains meaningful and strategic relationships with key provider group stakeholders, community agencies and organizations, government entities, and where relevant, military and Veterans-related organizations.
This individual is critical in facilitating the overall performance, including ramping and maintenance of provider and clinic community impact, in their region.
Essential Responsibilities :
Work with regional and corporate leadership to plan and execute regional strategy to a) drive awareness of Family Care Center in the community;
b) facilitate the ramping and maintenance of provider and clinic community impact; and c) understand the manage each clinic’s unique needs as it relates to referrals and messaging.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain key strategic relationships to ensure the fulfillment of Family Care Center’s community impact commitment.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining positive working relationships with key provider groups, driving sustainable, long-term relationships that benefit both organizations.
- Works with those groups to rapidly identify and address problems and develop best practices in support of patients’ access to behavioral health care.
- Serves as the main point of contact for referral partner needs. Ensures high priority referrals are scheduled and problems solves when issues arise.
- Works with regional and corporate leadership to educate the region and key stakeholders on TMS services, their efficacy, and FCC’s delivery model
- Partners with regional and corporate leadership to execute related events and education on TMS.
- Identifies stakeholders in community agencies and organizations, local government, education and, where relevant, military and Veterans-related organizations.
- Cultivates partnerships which highlight Family Care Center’s capacity to improve care and increase help-seeking behavior.
- Works with regional and corporate leadership to track effort and, where possible, referrals to leverage data to inform decision making over time.
- Sets community outreach goals and manages and executes community outreach programs and events.
- Positively and professionally represents Family Care Center to the public to raise community awareness of services offered by the company.
- Identifies barriers to behavioral health care in the community and works with stakeholders to address challenges and improve access to care.

Travel :
Local travel required.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Three years’ experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations or sales required.
- Experience with existing provider relations in the behavioral health preferred.
- One year experience with FCC with proven track record of success with KPIs.
- Experience with CRM software
