We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Data Analyst to join our client's People & Culture team.

This role is pivotal in shaping our TA strategy by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain TA reporting and analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making and support the team's success.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and interpret data related to TA metrics, identifying trends, outliers, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with automation for efficiency.
  • Conduct trend analysis to improve the TA process.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards in ATS, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to key stakeholders.
  • Regularly update and maintain dashboards with current data and trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leaders, highlighting key recruitment metrics and insights.
  • Present data findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Implement best practices for data management and analysis within TA.
  • Partner with TA team members to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather and integrate data as needed.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through clear presentations.
  • Clearly communicate deadlines, expected delivery times, and any delays.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Data Management or Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Previous experience in TA data analysis, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to interpret and improve TA processes.
  • Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in time-sensitive situations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
