PT needed asap for 13 weeks Patients are scheduled Monday Thursday 8 : 00 5 : 15 and Friday 8 : 00 12 : 30Facility Setting?
OutpatientSC lic rquired1 year experienceSmart Facility ID (Rehab Only) : 1287Yes, this position will require floating between Cheraw OP PT clinic and Pageland OP PT clinic (CC 478J).
Number of beds in your facility? NA for OP settingPreferred experience level? Minimum of 1 year in OP settingIs there anyone in the past that has worked for you that you would consider rehiring?
Would consider several of our previous travelersEMR for your facility : EpicScrub colors / dress code : professional / business casual (no jeans, no leggings, no sweat pants, no tank tops or crop tops, must wear closed toe shoes) OR scrubs of teal, Caribbean, wine, white, black, grey, or pink (solid color matching top and bottom)Parking Location : on site at OP clinic
