Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Vice President of Administration

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, for its Skilled Nursing Facility and dialysis center.

In this role, you will have operational responsibility for multiple departments and our dialysis center. You can lead at the Parker Jewish Institute with a purpose and help shape the future of patient care by driving excellence behind the scenes.

This position is an essential role, to make an impact and offers a significant professional opportunity, to join a world-renowned health care organization. Key Tasks :

  • Supervise staff.
  • Develop policies and procedures.
  • Identify and recommend new systems and / or policies to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in and / or coordinate quality management processes.
  • Coordinate the Administrator-On-Duty-Program and Serve On-Call.

Required Qualifications :

  • A college degree in business administration or allied field is preferable.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years' supervisory experience.
  • NYS LNHA is required.
  • Is cooperative, helpful; respects others, friendly, courteous, well-mannered and has a professional / can-do attitude.
  • Can adopt and demonstrate Parker's value and vision.
