Traveling Position - $250 Welcome Bonus
The role of the Specialty Care Team RDA is tofoster a seamless integration of specialty services into our Apex affiliated practices in the region.
This person will work alongside the OBMs, RBMs, practice team members, specialty team members, Specialists, and our Director of Specialty Services, to deliver efficient, quality dentistry, increase production, and maintain profitability of the specialty care team(s).
They will be responsible for the day to day dental assisting for their Specialist and success of the specialty team(s).
Core responsibilities :
- Prepare rooms and turn over rooms.
- Acquire radiographs prescribed by Specialist.
- Assist during Specialty dental procedures
- Update and maintain patient records / charting.
- Perform equipment maintenance.
- Call in Rx's as needed.
- Make patients comfortable and hear their concerns.
- Assist with confirmation calls / value calls as needed.
- Handle incoming post operative calls.
- Ensure Specialists stay on schedule and their schedule appears feasible.
- Build and maintain relationships with OBMs, FO, GPs, ancillary team members (practice and specialty).
- Assist and work alongside designated office team members and office RDAs.
- Travel to offices to ensure specialty success.
- Perform special assignments, projects, and other duties as required.
- Be a treatment advocate.
