JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description
We are seeking a Business Manager to manage our Albuquerque Branch Office. We at Onin allow our leaders the freedom to lead.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for day to day operations, business leadership, team leadership, sales leadership, and operational leadership.

- Oversee recruiting efforts and strategies to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates to meet our client demand.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and redirect negative situations.
- Hire, manage, train and coach your team of branch staff.
- Work with your team to meet performance goals, exceed expectations, and develop the team to meet goals while leading the way.
- Creating and maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Continuously seek ways to improve.
- Manage workers compensation claims.
- Sale new services meeting / exceeding sales targets
- Grow Business
Who are you :
- Reliable, accountable, and flexible.
- Growth-minded.
- Previous use and knowledge of back office systems (payroll, databases, etc), ATS.
- Someone who identifies and utilizes their resources.
- Accepts responsibility and holds people accountable.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal... persuasive and able to diffuse conflicts quickly.
- Demonstrates proficient business acumen to include financial performance, and success in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to execute, prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to drive processes, improve operational performance and achieve results.
- Someone who effectively coaches and develops their team.
- 2 years of staffing experience in a leadership role preferred.
