Thompson Industrial , powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join their safety-conscious team.
This team member is responsible for operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, heavy-duty forklifts, and / or track hoes in the field.
The Heavy Equipment Operator serves as a representative of Thompson Industrial and maintains working relationships with clients and customers.
This role offers a great opportunity for transitioning military personnel to leverage their skills and training as they return to civilian life.
Work Schedule : Rotating shifts, days, nights. OT as needed.
Experience with : Hydroblasting, Vacuum Trucks, Warehouse / Manufacturing, General Labor, Production, and Industrial Field experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Additionally, the Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safety policies, hands-on operation of equipment, routine maintenance, and transportation of equipment and personnel.
The role also requires specific vocational preparation, language proficiency, a valid driver's license, and experience operating specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks and high-pressure pumps.
