Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients, utilizing both in-person and telehealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities : Patient Assessment & Treatment Planning : Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective care.
Therapy & Counseling : Provide direct counseling services, including individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and family counseling, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
Telehealth Services : Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care for clients who prefer or require remote services.
Diagnostic Evaluations : Perform diagnostic evaluations to accurately assess mental health conditions and inform treatment strategies.
Behavior Management : Implement behavior management techniques as part of therapeutic interventions, working closely with the treatment team to address challenging behaviors.
Medical Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Specialized Counseling : Offer specialized counseling services, including child and family therapy, and gender issues counseling, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Billing & Coding : Ensure proper documentation and coding procedures for billing purposes, working with administrative staff to facilitate accurate and timely reimbursement.
Qualifications : Licensure : Current New Hampshire Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) accreditation is highly preferred.
Experience : Proven experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on child and family therapy, gender issues counseling, and diagnostic evaluations.
Skills : Strong proficiency in patient assessment techniques and therapeutic interventions. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote care delivery.
Knowledge of psychotherapy principles, medical terminology, and documentation practices. Experience in behavior management and group therapy facilitation.
