Salary : $185,000- $225,000 + ESOP, Hybrid Working and Great PTO!
We are currently seeking to add an Electrical Project Manager for one of the largest electrical projects in the US right now.
After working closely with the Subcontractor that is hiring for these positions for many years now, they have decided to expand their Electrical teams in this sector and urgently need people with a strong understanding of large, multimillion dollar ground up construction projects.
The company is very well known from the West to East Coast and has a presence in most construction markets. However, due to their large portfolio of projects expanding once again, they are seeking experienced professionals to come and join their teams in Sacramento.
The first project is located in Sacramento, which has already broken ground and is valued over $3B, followed by a range of different data center and mission-critical projects, large manufacturing and industrial plants, and healthcare projects too!
Required Experience for role :
- 10+ years of Education or large Industrial Manufacturing Construction Experience
- Knowledge of working on projects valued over $150M
- Willingness and ability to travel to Sacramento on a daily basis
- Experience preferably from an electrical subcontractor
Preferred experience for role :
- Minimum 15 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Minimum 15 years of handling projects valued over $200M
- Availability to travel across the west coast
- Possess strong relationship-building skills
