About The Position
Job Title : EEG Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday through Friday, 07 : 30-16 : 00 Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Not specified License : Not specified Certifications : BLS, Registered EEG Technologist Must-Have : Extensive experience with EEGs Job Description : Work in a new hybrid program combining neurodiagnostic procedures and managing home sleep studies.
- Conduct outpatient and inpatient EEGs.- Assist in an outpatient EMG clinic.- Utilize EPIC for EMR and work with Natus EMG and Nihon Kohden EEG equipment.
- Perform EEGs for patients ranging from pediatrics to adults.- Assist neurologists during nerve conduction testing in the EMG clinic.
- Exemplify a team-player attitude, be easygoing, hardworking, and willing to learn new techniques.- Adhere to the dress code with grey scrubs and comply with infection control practices.
- Be part of a supportive team with experienced neurologists in a facility offering new equipment and technology.- Enjoy good housing opportunities in a strategic location.
Additional Notes : The role may require on-call hours on weekends.- The ideal candidate should be able to operate independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision.
