Work Shift : Day
Salary Range : $34.65 - $35.69 per hour
Overview : The Surgical Care Unit specializes in post-operative care for patients who have undergone colorectal and urologic surgery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a comprehensive patient care plan
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards
Minimum Qualifications :
- Graduate of a professional nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Certification in BLS / ACLS / PALS / TNCC
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
